Refund policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions or one-time purchases offered through Career24, where payment is processed by us or an authorised payment partner.

Cooling-off & eligibility

Where mandatory consumer laws in your country grant a right of withdrawal, we honour that period. Otherwise, refund requests are reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially consumed in bad faith.

How to request

Email or message us via the contact form with your account email, transaction reference, and reason. We respond within a few business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on banks and payment processors and may take several billing cycles.

Non-refundable cases

We may decline refunds where terms were clearly disclosed at checkout, where abuse or chargeback fraud is suspected, or where required by law. Statutory rights are not limited by this summary.
